HWTT join hands with Black & Veatch to build Vietnam Duyen Hai project

On 2th, March, HWTT and America Black & Veatch International Company held the Vietnam Duyen Hai coal plant 1x688MW brackish water project kick - off meeting, and the success of the project signed indicate HWTT is already among world class water treatment engineering companys.

Black & Veatch company was founded in 1915, specialized in the infrastructure development of energy、water、management consulting and environmental protection. Black & Veatch company is famous for its professional、concentrates and strict in project management. Especially for Vietnam Duyen Hai project, high design requirement、tight time for preliminary design、frequent document submission、strict quality assurance、detailed classification、huge workload, all there requirements make HWTT team face unprecedented challenge. Through HWTT Marketing company and Engineering company teams’ repeated prove and exhaustive study, all the difficulties is overcomed, and finally got the project contract.

After Vietnam Duyen Hai coal plant brackish water project is finished, the water output will up to 50t/h, the main process is coagulation +gravity filter+ super – filtering+ reverse osmosis. This part of water will be used as plant service water; second reverse osmosis+ mixed bed output water will be used as plant industrial water. HWTT tendered for the contract in the EP mode, the total project construction time is about 3 years, and now is already in the preliminary design stage.

Gets of the Vietnam Duyen Hai coal plant brackish water project demonstrate HWTT’s construction strength in overseas project, and overseas orders keep a rapid growth. By this project’s cooperation and implementation, HWTT will base upon the standard of Black & Veatch’s professional project management, constantly strengthen HWTT’s System construction and system construction, promoting HWTT’s project management ability.
