Inspiring Passion, Smelting Team

In order to better help our new employees to be familiar with the enterprise culture, and integrate the HWC’s team very quickly, the Company organized a three-day training entitling “Inspiring Passion and Smelting Team for our new employees ” in August 2016. The new employees from various places gathered in HWC, and began a new journey.

The training for three days was carried out respectively from the team’s cohesion construction of outdoor diathesis enhancing, various system construction of enterprise culture and joint performance of training summary.

Today’s the enterprise is a big stage on which the employees’ life have the whereabouts and their spirit have the entrustment, there they can make dedication of youth, the realization of self, and contribution to society; it is also a fiery furnace from which the employees steel will, cultivate sentiments and drain strength, while, the new employees will improve and perfect self, seize opportunity, learn with a open mind, aim high to strive to display their talents as far as possible, and grow together with the enterprise. Past achievements belong to our ancestors forging ahead, while, the future, like a white paper spreading in front of the new employees, needs the new employees to extensively concentrate their wisdom and carefully modulate it, and bring honor to its luster. Hope new employees to compose a magnificent movement with their wisdom for the Company’s jumping notes.
