Zhejiang Province Technology Innovation Alliance of HWC Leading Establishment Passed Acceptance Check Smoothly
On November 23, 2017, “Zhejiang Province Seawater Desalination Industries Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance” of HWC leading establishment passed the acceptance check smoothly by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
In order to thoroughly carry out the strategy of innovation and development, speed up Zhejiang Provincial Science-innovation type construction, promote transfer of developing ways, push forward strategic adjustment of economic structure, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology approved the establishment of our provincial industries technology innovation strategic alliance in 2011 (“Alliance” for short hereafter). Firmly grasped the good opportunity, based on its characteristics of water treatment technology and brought its superiorities in scientific researches, HWC has united 13 institutes of scientific researches and enterprises to establish the alliance. Taking “technical innovation, industrial leading, complementary advantages each other and win-win cooperation ” as an aim, market needs as a guide, and through agglomeration and optimization of innovation resources, the alliance has formed stable and sustained cooperation relation of production, learning, research and application on the basis of voluntariness and equality, and organized and carried out innovation and application of seawater desalination industries technologies. The alliance has gathered the dominant units of research and industrialization in seawater desalination field of our country, and is a backbone power of promoting sci-tech progress and industrial development of seawater desalination in our country.
Experiencing these years’ construction and development, the alliance has played an active role in breaking through core technologies, key technologies and generic technologies which need urgently to be solved in the development of seawater desalination industries in our country, especially, in respects of integrated techniques, energy-saving techniques, key equipment of larger-scale membrane processing seawater desalination engineering, as well as demonstration of municipal water supply engineering etc., the alliance is in leading position in our country, and achieved a series of representative results. Meanwhile, effective operation and cooperation of production, learning and research by the alliance, the alliance significantly improved the technical innovation ability of the director general unit and the members of the alliance, and established a batch of high-level innovation platform and carriers.
