NDRC Seawater Desalination Industrial Developing Pilot Demonstration Workshop
July 9th , 2013, NDRC Seawater Desalination Industrial Developing Pilot Demonstration Workshop was held in Wuzhou Hotel Shenzhen by National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC for short hereinafter) and with help of Shenzhen Development and Reform Commision. More than one hundred people from related R&D institutions, associations, enterprises and financial institutions of different provinces, autonormous regions and municipalities attended this workshop.
This workshop is managed by Mr. Yang Shangbao, chief of environmental resources department of NDRC. And Mr. Shen Yi, the vice director of Shenzhen NDRC made a welcoming speech.
Mr. Li Jing, Vice Director of environmental resources department of NDRC participated this workshop and made a speech on promoting and developing seawater desalination industrial much faster and better.
Some representatives of China initial seawater desalination pilot demonstration companies, companies who are ready to apply pilot demonstration and related financial institutions made a speech.
Mr. Zheng Genjiang, Vice Chairman of China Membrane Industrial Association, Director of Desalination sub-part of China Membrane Industrial Association, Chairman of HWTT was invited to attend this workshop. In his speech, he pointed out that currently China Desalination Industrial has got credible changes with support and guide of NDRC after issuing the 12thfive-year Plan of Developing Seawater Desalination Industrial. He hopes all of us in this fields can think about it and collect different ideas, make creation and innovation, do more practice and take responsibilities. He promised the Association will also make full use of its platform and connecting function to promote advanced developing of seawater desalination industrial.
