The center is the earliest enterprise in China to achieve automated production of reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membrane products. After more than 40 years of technological research and development, we have independently developed four categories of water treatment membrane materials and products: reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, hollow fiber ultrafiltration, and MBR. Currently, we have 16 series and more than 40 product models, suitable for different water treatment and material separation application scenarios, such as medium water reuse, seawater desalination, high-quality drinking water, salt lake lithium extraction, battery recovery, etc.Hollow fiber ultrafiltration: using TIPS and NIPS phase transition membrane material preparation technology, covering various mainstream materials at home and abroad such as poly (ether) sulfone, polyvinylidene fluoride, and polyvinyl chloride. The membrane pore size range is 10w to 20wDa, and the main models are: PVDF-1508、 1808 and 2008 models;MBR membrane bioreactor: Combining advanced membrane separation technology with biological treatment technology, it achieves efficient water purification and sludge reduction. The reactor is equipped with high-performance internal support reinforced hollow fiber membrane material, which can effectively intercept activated sludge and microorganisms, improve biological treatment efficiency, and reduce sludge discharge. The product has the advantages of small footprint, stable effluent quality, and easy operation and management. It is widely used in municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment and reuse, landscape water purification and other fields, providing strong support for the efficient utilization of water resources and environmental protection.
