1. Long lasting hydrophilic properties
PVDF membrane fibers have been modified through unique processes, resulting in more durable hydrophilic properties, better anti pollution and flux recovery effects.
2. Uniform pore size distribution
L-TIPS (low-temperature thermally induced phase) process is used to produce membrane fibers with more uniform pore size, which can effectively remove microorganisms, colloids, algae, etc. from the treatment solution, ensuring stable turbidity of the produced water below 0.1 NTU.
3. Unique membrane module structure design
Design and develop a dual end water production component structure for large-sized membrane modules, which improves the water production efficiency of membrane fibers and the water production capacity of membrane modules.
